THQ Ships GT Advance 2 - Rally Racing for GBA

Gamers Rev-Up with Realistic Rally Racing Action Featuring Game Boy Advance Link Cable

THQ released GT Advance 2-Rally Racing for Game Boy Advance. GT Advance 2-Rally Racing is the sequel to the highly successful GBA launch title GT Advance-Championship Racing. Players can get behind the wheel of the world’s top rally cars as they embark on their quest for the championship. Multiple tracks spanning various weather climates and conditions are available, as well as a variety of the world’s top rally cars.

“As the number one independent third party publisher for Game Boy Advance titles, we are excited to solidify our position by releasing GT Advance 2,” said Michael Rubinelli, vice president, product development, THQ. “It brings realistic rally racing to GBA, giving gamers the chance to specialize and tweak multiple aspects of gameplay in a game that is easy to pick up and play.”

About GT Advance 2
GT Advance 2-Rally Racing for Game Boy Advance is developed by MTO, Co. Ltd. in Japan and features 42 tracks spanning various weather climates and conditions. Players must navigate though 14 stages on their way to the top of the rally racing circuit. Gamers can also choose from 15 of the world’s top rally cars each with different handling, grip, acceleration and maximum speed. Through tough portions of the race, players can listen to their co-driver for navigation; or watch the action over again on replay mode. Seven modes of gameplay are available, including head-to-head racing action using the GBA Link cable. The link feature allows players to race with a friend for awesome head-to-head competition. Racing fans are sure to have their hands full with the variety of options featured in GT Advance 2-Rally Racing.
