| They should really stop this.
In the Far East, trouble-seeking father-and-son duo Rick (Fraser) and Alex O'Connell (Ford) unearth the mummy of the first Emperor of Qin (Li) -- a shape-shifting entity who was cursed by a wizard (Yeoh) centuries ago.

They better not "Rush Hour 3" the Mummy movies. I actually loved the 1st and 2nd, and I still think they are awesome. It was the same way with Rush Hour, then the 3rd just kicked me in the balls it was so terrible... |

| | Eh? Everyone that saw Rush Hour 3 that I knew loved it. Followed the same formula the first 2 did and even brought back some inside jokes only true Rush Hour fans would catch. Gefilte fish!
Anywho, I'm just surprised Jet Li agreed to this. Either way, this is another one of those simple plot action movies. Should be fun. |

| Jet Li's been on several American lists lately. That War movie doesn't look all that appealing but it's still a Jet Li movie.
This should be interesting. I've liked the second one, if only to look at that hot babe (Rachel Weisz). |

| The Mummy 2 was just a very very silly film and I really didnt like it at all. It made too many changes from the first film like Eve going from being a scared little woman to a badass ninja. The first film was ok and a lot darker than the second.
If this one is like the second it will be poor but could be ok if more like the first.
The other big problem is that it has Brenden Fraser who is a poor actor. |

| | True, Brendan Fraiser is not a very good actor, but he is hilarious and the movies would totally not work with any other actor IMO. I mean I can't really imagine the Mummy movies with Will Smith, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Matt Damon or Ben Asshat or any other popular male lead.
Well, Johnny Depp could pull it off I think. Or Van Damme. But that's it. Only an actor with a silly side could play in these silly movies.
I loved Bedazzled, with Fraser and Liz Hurley. MMmmmmmmmmmm.... |
